These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JustConvert("Service"), operated at https://justconvert.vercel.app. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

1. Use of the service

JustConvert is a free, browser-based converter toolset. You may use the Service for lawful personal or professional purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content at scale
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the interface design, source code, tool logic, and written content — is the property of JustConvert or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to any content you input into the converter tools. By using the Service, you grant no license to JustConvert over your input data, as it is processed entirely within your browser and never transmitted to our servers.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Conversion output should be verified independently for critical use cases.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JustConvert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Business interruption
• Inaccuracies in conversion output
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, since the Service is free, is zero).

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. JustConvert does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites.

The Site uses Google AdSense for advertising. Your interactions with Google's advertising services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
